This is a discussion of candy. Not meat. Two different parts of the food.

Awww, beef wellington is one of my favorites! I look for any excuse to make it on holidays or for parties. I like a recipe I got from Food Network that uses dijon mustard.

Yeah, those little powdery brown cubes in the pantry taste like beef!

Never had Beef Wellington before, but the superior cut of meat is the Prime Rib Roast.

I’m not usually a “steak” kind of fan, but there’s just something about a properly executed (read: medium rare) Prime Rib. It's soo darn expensive though, but so satisfying to dig into one at home like a savage.

Don't make me hungry for beef wellington. There's a restaurant thirty minutes from my house that specializes in it, and it's delicious.

Funny story, the only time I’ve had Wellington was last New Years and my cousin (who is an incredible cook) made it, it was his first time and now I’m scarred for life, it was so bad. The outside was undercooked and the juices of the beef had softened the breading and it tasted mushy and gross.
The texture was completely off, but I think the taste was pretty much dead on and I did not like it at all.
